Effective immediately, Oneida County, NY has implemented a new court fee structure of $5 for every two years searched. Additionally, criminal court searches can no longer be conducted by the public and must be submitted directly to the clerk's office.

The court has not provided an estimated turnaround time under this new process. Please expect delays while the county adjusts to these procedural changes.
