Monitoring

The current federal government shutdown is not expected to impact Asurint’s ability to complete criminal and civil searches.

State and local criminal and civil record management is not impacted by federal funding. Access to federal records (PACER) was not removed or reduced during previous shutdowns, including the 35-day shutdown from December ’18 – January ’19, the longest in U.S. history.

We will continue to monitor record access and communicate any changes to Asurint’s ability to access federal records.
